Pre / post natal qualified instructors are here to help by tailoring an activity programme that’s suited to you and adjusted each trimester. There are a number of benefits of getting or remaining active throughout pregnancy.  For many women changing body shape is a concern and exercise helps to gain a sense of control and achievement.

Post With Emily

A gentle, supportive workout designed to help new mums rebuild core strength, improve mobility, and regain fitness after pregnancy. Suitable once cleared to exercise. Not suitable for 11-15yrs. ENTRY WILL BE DENIED IF ARRIVING MORE THAN 5 MINS LATE
