Wonderland Chew Valley
I honestly can't recommend Wonderland enough! From the moment we arrived, it felt so welcoming and relaxed. The play areas are beautifully set up with babies and pre-school children in mind, so my little one was entertained the whole time while I could actually sit down, enjoy a drink and something to eat. The air conditioning made such a difference too, keeping everything cool and comfortable. It's clear that the team really cares about creating a calm, safe environment for families, and that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. There's plenty of free parking, which makes visiting so easy, and although they do accept walk-ins when there's space, I'd definitely recommend booking ahead so you don't miss out.
Play Barn Farrington
We had such a brilliant day at Farrington's Playbarn! There was so much for the children to do, from the huge multi-level soft play to the dedicated baby and toddler areas, so it really caters for a wide range of ages. Everything felt clean, safe and well looked after, and it was lovely to have a comfortable, air-conditioned space to escape the weather while the children played for hours. The café was a real bonus too, serving delicious homemade food, snacks and great coffee, so it felt like a treat for the adults as well. There's plenty of free parking and no need to book in advance, making it an easy, stress-free day out. We all left with happy, tired children and we'll definitely be coming back!
Planet Volt
We had such a fantastic time at Planet Volt! The children absolutely loved it and there was so much to keep them entertained, from the huge inflatable area to the brilliant soft play and dedicated spaces for younger children. Everything felt clean, safe and really well organised, and the whole venue is fully air-conditioned, which made our visit so much more comfortable. The Recharge Café was a lovely surprise too, with great coffee and plenty of tasty food options for both adults and children, so it was easy to spend a few hours there. There's lots of free parking, and although you can sometimes just turn up, I'd definitely recommend booking ahead if you can. If you're looking for an exciting indoor day out where the whole family can have fun, Planet Volt is well worth a visit!
